Aeration helps loosen compacted soil to enable and promote root growth. A strong healthy root system will resist disease and be more resistant to drought and heat conditions prolonging the yard to remain healthy.  It also helps open the soil to absorb water, nutrients and air. With our hard sold  (clay based) the water will absorb easier than just run off and be wasted .
